Independent regulation apps for California
For people who would rather check than guess.
Fernando Enterprise builds independent, unofficial regulation and compliance reference apps for California. The rules are complicated, they change, and the consequence of getting one wrong falls on the person who got it wrong. These apps exist to make the actual rule, and where it came from, easy to find.
Fernando Enterprise is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any agency.

CA Hunt & Fish Guide
Regulations, seasons, licenses
An independent, unofficial reference for California hunting and fishing regulations — per-water and ocean fishing rules, hunting seasons and zones, licenses and tags, marine protected areas and maps. Not affiliated with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife or the State of California.

Compliance app for mobile food facilities
A compliance app for mobile food facility operators — food trucks and carts — in San Diego and Los Angeles counties: permits and renewals, daily logs, and inspection readiness. Informational only, and not legal advice.
The name is not settled, so there is nothing else to announce yet.
Every rule shows its source
Every value in these apps shows the official source it came from, its citation, and the date it was checked. When something is not published yet, the app says so instead of guessing.
That is the whole product principle, and it is the reason to trust one of these apps over a memory or a forum post: you can always go and read the rule yourself.
